At KKOT Floral Studio, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your flowers, please review our return and refund policy:

  1. Refund Requests:

    • If you are unhappy with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, including potential refunds or replacements. Please include a photo of the bouquet when requesting a refund or replacement.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns once delivered. However, we will address any quality issues promptly.

  3. Quality Guarantee:

    • If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please provide a photo within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  4. Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
